Ewhurst have sent me a reminder for their Autumn Talk, as follows:-
A reminder that Andrew McIndoe is coming to give us a talk at the Village Hall on Wednesday 2nd October (A week on Wednesday).Andrew, who is the Managing Director of Hilliers Nurseries and Garden Centres, is an expert horticulturalist having a first class honours degree from Bath University and has taken Hilliers to a record 67 gold medals at the Chelsea Flower Show. He is currently appearing on South Today on BBC TV introducing gardens in the southern region.Andrew, who is an excellent and entertaining speaker, will begin at 8pm in the Ewhurst Village Hall.There will be a wine bar open from 7pmTickets which are £3 for members and £5 for guests are available from Anne Dyball at Oakhanger, Cranleigh Road, Ewhurst.
